NELLY OKOROZE: A self made CEO.

"A carpenter charged N10,000 that's $27:55 to construct a cage for my poultry birds. I told him all the woods have been bought. He said I should pay N8,000, about $23. 
I couldn't afford it. I got angry and built the cage myself".

Building that first cage herself was the best decision she took, an attempt that helped her to start a small poultry with only 30 birds.
It went well.

That's why they say necessity is the mother of invention.

The do it yourself mentality grew in her.
She read books and write ups on poultry.
She browsed the internet for more knowledge on how to rare poultry birds to grow healthy.
The birds survived.

After last year's Christmas sales, she was more determined, built more cages and increased the number of her birds.

"People are searching for jobs. I had to create one even though it took me some time. Become the CEO and grow it big".
