Sliced Tomatoes and Fresh Pepper
I prefer to use powdery Seasonings and Nut Meg mixing them with Time, Curry and Bay Leaves so as to send every taste deep into the Jollof Rice, Julie Ejeta, a re-knowned Caterer says.

 Tomatoes and Pepper, Salt and Cooking Oil added, we are good to go.

Clock wise: Bay Leaves, Grinded Seasonings, Time, Nut Meg, Curry
Sliced Onions
All ingredients go into the pot and steered with a big spoon to mix everything together.
